Place Sainte-Catherine has been my place to be every year for at least 12 years. It becomes like a big neighborhood party, where every one gets together and has a fun time.

For me, Noordzee holds a special place—it was my very first job when I arrived in Belgium. It’s where I first felt the pulse of Brussels' culinary heartbeat and discovered the magic of seafood served straight from the source.

Vismet has been around for as long as I can remember, an institution at Place Sainte-Catherine that always serves perfect fish dishes. The restaurant is situated just behind Sainte-Catherine Church, operated by a husband and wife duo who work in perfect harmony between the kitchen and the tables.
A Casa Mia
On Rue de Flandre, A Casa Mia—or as the locals lovingly call it, “Filippo’s”—is a true cornerstone of the Sainte-Catherine area. This family-owned gem has been a staple of the neighborhood for decades, offering a slice of Roman hospitality and flavors right in the heart of Brussels.
Tope
Perched atop the Hoxton Hotel in Brussels, Tope offers a vibrant dining experience with panoramic city views. This rooftop bar serves Mexican-inspired flavors, featuring a menu of tacos, snacks, and punchy cocktails.
La Médina
